– What is your name and where do you live?

My name is John White, I was born in Sydney but currently living in Melbourne.

– How long have you been trading cryptocurrencies?

I’ve been doing some form of crypto trading for over three years now since early 2017. Since then I have had my ups and downs but mostly up days which made me realize that cryptocurrency has great potential. So I decided to get serious as well as making significant changes as quitting smoking (April 2018) and losing 15 kg (September 2018).

– How much time do you spend trading every day?

I usually trade when I wake up and before going to sleep (at night). Sometimes if the market conditions are very good, I will stay all day until around midnight.

My strategy for trading on ASKFORBIT was based on technical analysis. Which means making my trades mostly by studying charts. And I carefully looking at support/resistance levels, Fibonacci retracement, Elliott Waves. As well as volume profile among other tools of technical analysis.

– What advice would you give someone who is just starting out with cryptocurrencies?

My advice to anyone interested in crypto trading, as well for beginners, is: Don’t trade if money isn’t a problem. Do some research and get into the basics of technical analysis. Observe how other people are making profits before deciding on which broker to use. If possible ask them questions and review their videos. After that make your decision wisely. Because it’s not about getting rich quickly but also having patience. So always look at the long-term perspective instead of short-term gains! That was my biggest mistake when I first started: no patience whatsoever 🙁
